PRODEVLOPER CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is a legally registered entity (Company limited by shares) incorporated on November 26, 2025. All operations, real estate sales, and construction activities are governed by the Board of Directors, primarily led by Kunal Bhartendu and Sagar Kumar.

In the real estate and construction business, transparency is key. Please note:

• Visual Representation: Images, floor plans, 3D renders, and layouts shown on the website are for representational purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual finalized construction.
• Pricing & Capital: Property prices and flat availability are subject to change without prior notice. All financial estimates provided are preliminary.
• Measurements: Square footage and area measurements are approximate and subject to final physical verification.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, client databases, or financial records.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy logos, site plans, or material from Prodeveloper Construction for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
• Transmit any fraudulent or malicious data.

Our authorized capital stands at ₹15,00,000 with a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000. However, for client transactions: Any booking amounts, down payments, or financial transactions made towards purchasing a flat or securing construction services are subject to a formal, legally binding written contract. The website itself does not process direct payments for real estate purchases.
